This means we will not be able to offer you quite as much because we have to take our costs into consideration. Therefore, it is in your best interests to clean up your RV as best as possible. This one little step will increase the value of your trade in more than you would think.
Repair or Replace Broken Items
Again, we have the ability to replace and repair broken items. However, it costs us more than it would cost you. Therefore, if you can go around your travel trailer or motor home and look for broken items, it will help.
Anything that you can easily repair or replace should be done. Ideally, you will want to make sure all light bulbs are working, all doors shut properly, all the fuses are working, and the battery is fully charged. You will also want to check the windshield wipers, replace loose knobs, and tighten down anything that is loose.
